Co-operative Activity |
Here's a fun co-operative activity, where
you need to work together to succeed. Click the thumbnail. Print out the page.
Cut out the squares' pieces. Mix them all up.
With a small group, you have to work
together to put them in their proper squares again. But:
-you cannot talk
-you cannot ask for a piece
-you can only give a piece to someone else when you see they need it
GOOD LUCK!
Debriefing:
Experience: What happened? Who did what? Did anyone do more? Less? How did you feel? Any frustration?
Interpret: Why did you feel those feelings? When was it easier/harder to work together?
Generalize: When working together on any project, what can cause frustration? What can make the job get done faster?
Analyze: What are the pros and cons of working together? What does it mean to work cooperatively? When and how is that a better way to work together?
Apply: What have you learned from this exercise? What will you do differently from now on?
